Hello, I bought an XS OS license. I have activated these the web in Xecuter. Everything worked well. Unfortunately, the SD card was on activation on exFat. Now it is formatted in Fat32 but the License.dat is always invalid in the XS OS menu. What can I do ? Can I create a new License.dat with my purchased code? I've tried that, but it always comes the message invalid

I have the license-request.dat created, there was the SD card unfortunately formatted in exFat. It is expressly said that the SD card must be in Fat32. Unfortunately, I saw that too late. Now the SD card is in Fat32, but the license.dat is recognized as invalid. I want to know, is the license gone now? Is my money gone?
The format of the SD will not effect the license. If you are getting "invalid for this Switch" or something similar it's cause you are trying to use it with a different Switch. Do you have a pro dongle and are trying to use that to boot a second Switch or do you only have this license?
I am 100% sure that the license is only for this one switch. the license must be the right one. But maybe I got the answer in another forum. On the switch is still the firmware 6.2 and the boot.dat is the XS OS 2.8 Beta. Can it be that the XS OS 2.8 Beta is too new for the firmware 6.2 of the Nintendo Switch? That would be an explanation why I always get "License.dat invalid".
Please, can someone help me here? Have also written to the support, but I get no help. So my license I did not manage to get valid. So I bought a new one now. Then activated it with my request-license.dat and my purchased code. On the switch copied in sx os tried to boot and it appears briefly the sx os screen and the switch goes off. if I delete the licence.dat again from the sd Card I come into the sx os menu. But as soon as I copy the license.dat back to the Switch SD card and try to get into the sx os menu, the switch goes off. This is now my second purchased code for one and the same switch. I am desperate and can not go any further and therefore ask for help. that is very worse. Please help. It is only the xs so licence. I use the RCM Dongle.
I have also tested other SD cards and other sx os versions. Without success. The problem remains. That can be excluded. I have tryed everything, nothing worked. What can I do. I think anything wrong with the created licence.dat and the Code i buyed.

Hello, no one has a solution proposed? An email to the support team remained unanswered until today. Does that mean I have to live with it to have bought 2 licenses and still can not use xs os on my switch.
