problem with pcb

on a couple xecuter 3 installs for some reason when i turn on the xbox everything works fine but the right side LED of the pcb doesn't seem to want to turn green. it will flash red but no green. what is the problem?? the left side works fine.

note that if i don't use the little board for the power on/off of the modchip then everything works fine. but when I use the power board that came with the X3 this problem occurs.

Solder bridge on the back of reset poer/eject board.??

Peel off the sticky stuff to reveal it.

Cant find the posts now but a number of people have reported solder bridges on this board ..direct from supplier

Only three things have LEDs:

1. The chip itself
2. The X3 switch
3. The front of the Xbox itself.

Which is it?

Almost sounds to me like the box Eject LED has had the 'half and half' mod done to it !!
