Problem with Slim i bought

I get this status code when i turn it on 335a-2cd6-b380-0401-C000-0001 and then it resets and turns off.
I did a bit of research and it seems to be from an update attempted while the DVD drive was unlocked, i hooked up the drive, its showing a 9504 drive and it is indeed unlocked, i tried doing slimkey and also a read of the drive but they keep failing so i cant return to stock. Any ideas

Ok i locked the drive again and a bit of progress, he status code error is gone but is stuck on applying update for the last 10 mins, the bar isnt moving at all.

If it came up in jf as 9504 then it needed to stay unlocked. Depending on the dashboard it. might need to have been on 0272.

I managed to glitch it, i got my cpu key, wrote updflash to nand but now its stuck blinking, can i create a stock updated nand and get this f**ker back to its original state

Hang on i stuck in a cr3 and we are in buisness, now my drive is still on 9504 but my dashboard is on the latest dash, will this cause problems.

use your fuses data (along with the original dump files) to build a good retail NAND.

If u leave it as an rgh it won't be a problem at all.

It won't be able to read xgd3.

The reason it froze is that it was trying to flash your drive to 0272 and couldn't since you locked the spi.

You definitely could have fixed the update issue had you not been hastey.

Now you'll have to unlock the spi in order to get any decent fw on there

Unlocking the spi wont be a problem though will it, just the normal kamikaze hack. It only cost me 20 quid so delighted to have it booting anyway.

Yes. The Xbox will probably fail updates and won't be able to play xgd3.

I flashed 272 firmware on LT 3.0. It sees the game but when I go to play it. It cancels out of it straight away. Any ideas.

It "sees" the game.

Are you using an xgd3 disc?

Burnt or original?

Try an XGD2, if you get "play dvd," you have the wrong key on the drive.
