Problem with the nand reader

Description of problem: I tryed to read the nand of my Xbox 360 and wierd things keep happening when I plug the power cable into it (eg. the consoles automaticali powers on) the point where I need to solder the yellow cable of the nand reader is missing so I tryed to solder the cable on the metal casing, and I get error reading blocks ..anny sugestion on what should I do , is this from the wiring or the nand reader is broken? I'm curently tryng to Jtag

Sorry here are the pictures you can see the point where I need to solder the yellow wire is gone so I tryed to solder the yellow to the metal casing

First picture right at the end of cr1d1 you have a glob of solder there.

Solder the yellow right to the A/V port housing rather then the cage.
