Check to see if the files are hidden, maybe they weren't the first time because you just put them on... Have you tried using it anyways to see if it works?

I just formated the USB drive from windows(right click on the drive then format in FAT32,you know how it works  ) and put some other files on it(around340mb).Pul it out and than stick it again. The files are there 8O ,nothing is lost or hiden. But when the boot maker makes it I only see the files before I put the drive out or restart the PC.After thath there is nothing in the flash 8O :( .The files are not hiden, because I can see it in the first place(before I pull out the stick)after that ...nothing...
What i make wrong
Sorry for my bad english

Are you safely ejecting the hardware before you pull it out? (Click the green arrow in your tray, and eject your flashdrive)
