Problem with xell

hey guys, i'm having trouble with my jasper 16mb xbox, I have installed cr3lite chip, turned xbox on, seen the xell screen, installled updflash.bin, and after that my xbox is not booting, and the cr3lite green light is not flashing. Any ideas what could be wrong? And what are the solutions for the problem? I'm updating some pictures.

The problem could be that u have a cr3 lite clone. We don't support fake/clones on here. I've seen this PIC on here before. I'm sure of it.
