RGH problem working kinect with dash 14719

hello everybody ,

i have a serious problem .... any help tome will be appreciated

i noticed that when upgrading to dashboard RGH 14799 including the new dashlaunch 3.0 patch with the customs settings as follows

to enable updating from official MS update to enable avatars and kinect .....

and did update


everything till now hears to be so fine

but when i log in any profile ... xbox ask me to log in XBOX live ..

and also when i play any kinect game
after log in any profile it gave me the same request to log in Xbox live

if i choose yes ....game will exit ...and ofcourse i can't login xbox live because of RGH

and i choose NO .......i gave me the first window to choose a profile to login .....

Have you renamed the 14719 update to $$ystemUpdate and applied it?

yeah i renamed the Update To $$ytemupdate and update successfully and avatars are working and also the kinect .....but the problem is with the profiles ....which ask me everytime to login Xbox live .....
i tried everything ....i tried to delete the profiles and make newer ones
i tried to disable dashlauch completely

have you created a kinect id.
without one it will give that message and wont save your progress on any kinect games.
you may need to go into settings/ kinect to create one.

i tried now to Set up Kinect ID for the profile and done it successfully but the same problem exists

the problem in that xbox live login window .....is there any way to disable it ????
i tried to downgrade to 14699 ...... i noticed that it sign in any profile without prompting to login xbox live

Go to family settings and set it up with the option not to connect to live and also block from being able to creat a profile.
See if this works and report back

You probably already tried this but, Did you block live in family settings? Did you try enabling signnotice in dashlaunch setup? I know I use to see this and now i don't. I have installed 3.0 and blocked live in family settings.

i made that from family settings ...block xbox live with a password to prevent that message asking for Xbox live from appearing but problem stills


this problem is general ....i tried it in many consoles with dashboard 14719

is there any modifications i should make the dashlaunch options to solve that ????????????

i tried to enable signnotice and really the window asking to login XBOX live disappeared completely but when i play kinect game e.g. Let's Cher ...... it ask me to lonin profile although it is already loged in .....and when i re choose the proifile again ......after 2 seconds give me again the window of logging in ......nothing changed

here is another Kinect game Disneyland adventures

it ask me to sign in although i already login a profile and when i login it again .....the window appear again and etc......
i forces me to choose Disable saving .....

N.b. i made kinect ID to the profile

hmmm, I'll try my kinect here in a sec and see if I see the message but I am pretty sure I don't.


Edit: I am using a slim rgh1 on 14719 dash and the only thing it asks me is to pick a profile, I tried three different games too. IDK but I have fakelive enabled also so my indie games work. Did you go through the kinect setup again?

you should run your dashlaunch again and make sure you have blocklive enabled also..

Download dashlaunch 3.0 and run the default.xex installer and use that to update your dashlaunch settings. I'll tell you my settings in a sec.

When you run the default.xex and set your settings press the LB button once and install DL30\default.xex to your hard drive so you can edit the launch settings without the need of running the launcher from a usb stick.

and pressed the RB Twice .....when i press install this it gave me browse window .....not saving

Sorry, you have to press x in the directory you choose, where you want to save it

i pressed x and saved the configured file ......
the xbox live login window is disappeared but still ask me to login a profile and when i choose ....i give me also the same window

and the same in disneyland adv.
