LITEON 9504 problem writing firmware to new 9504 from xconsole

Hello , my friend bought Slim from Thailand last month , and they sale it as "play backups" , but after problems with reading discs , the busters put VAD 6038 inside , they spof it with the key , and the drive make noises like hell , so he decide to buy new DG-16D4s from xconsoles , but im think something wrong there also , im spoofing the Key to stock 9504 , tick slim on MTKFLASh + Slim unlock everything fine until this :

Its fine. Try installing the drive and see if it works. Min did bthat before I got usbpeo.

try it before but , after trying to play backup but without any error , its just return to dash after black screen ( 5 sec black scren) and than dash ...

try now and nothing , maybe i need to update dash to 14699 and than it will be 0410 or 0255 ?

when im trying to read or write f/w , jungle flasher said f/w problem .

just need to know if xconsole send me defective drive.

Flash stock 9504 and run the update

If its locked then you will need to use a Sputnik switch or Sputnik probe and flash with stock 0272 and update

can i run the update again on JTAG console on 14699 , after the jtag i found its should be 0225 drive , try to flash it to 225 but still not reading , how can i run the 14699 again on it just to run the update on the drive?

You cannot flash a 0225 drive without its original dummy or ofw!
You can use 360multibuilder to make a 14699 stock nand. However you cannot put a slim drive in there! It is impossible without the original dump

so my friend must know that his console gonna based on JTAG only im think ... (and its not so bad im think) , can i promise to him to all the games will work under RGH ???, i did a lot of coolrunners , but i didnt tried to do nothing after the installation ... and boot after 5 sec (25cm blue wire ... so its gonna be good for him im think .

anything will run on a rgh system.

any drives if flashed with the key for that console.is what i mean...

but i've dvd that flashed with the correct key (verify the key from xell) and from the PHAT VAD6038 , but the console still doesnt read games , the drive just read audio cd discs

make sure you enable nofcrt.bin patches

use bestpigs "custom nand"
