Everything has gone well up to the point of connecting my pc to my xbox.
-I've flashed the x3 - no problems
-I booted up a copy of evox with no problems
- 2nd nic is set to the following:
IP address 192.168.0.1
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.0.1 (i've tried with and blank)

under settings for the evox dashboard:
IP address 192.168.100.10
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.100.1

in flash fxp I entered the address for evox of 192.168.100.10
username xbox
password xbox
I am using a crossover cable (i was able to flash via http with no problems)

I just have not had any luck with flashfxp connecting to my xbox. I have tried different setting to no avail. I've read several posts and tutorials and feel I've done everything instructed.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

You're not in the same subnet.

255.255.255.0 as a subnet mask says that the first 3 ordinals have to match to be seen. IE) 192.168.0 does not equal 192.168.100

So you have 3 choices.
(only need to do one of the following)

1) Set the 2nd Nic to 192.168.100.11
2) Set the Xbox to 192.168.0.10
3) Set the subnet Mask on BOTH to 255.255.0.0

Why did I make it complicated?
I'm assuming this was a "beat you to the posting" issue.

I was just trying to explain WHY the two couldn't see each other.
