ok, I'm trying to flash the bios on banks 1+2 on the 2.6 with the x2_5035_vOld_512k.bin file via http. The screen does everything I expect it to, the xbox shuts down, I power back up and all I get is the cromwell bios. Tried it several times now, I know the bios is 512 so I should have to do anything to it. Any clues as to whats going wrong?
