problems reading nand xenon

i bought the nand-x kit and i have installed it in the 360(dashboarrd 7371), jtag tool keeps giving me this error, i have tried it on windows 7 and windows xp, i get the same error, here is the screenshot:

1. You installed the NAND-X drivers?

2. Connect the console to PSU and to mains

If you done the above 2 then it's most probably your soldering. Post high resolution pictures of your install if you can?

probably bad soldering, post pics of your soldering. also you do have the power cable plugged into the xbox when attempting to read? orange light on psu.

ya orange ight, i have the video cable connected, power, rd board, i will take some pics right now

need better quality pics than that mate. i might as well guess without having them cause icant see anything in all that blur.

should i try using the pins rather than the board

you can do or just direct wire for the nand read. takes 1 min to solder into place.
