General question, I hope it is allowed. I don't expect miracle solution
We have done several consoles with DemoN installed, but one has came back 4 times. Every time the problem is the same: console boots in regular mode mode without problems. But after you switch do DemoN, when I press button On, I can hear the sound, but there is no green light on the console and it doesn't turn on.
We haved fixed this by reflashing DemoN (even resoldered everything) and tested for at least a day. Have even tried pushing the DemoN button while the console is working to see if we can repeat the error. Still worked.
As soon as the customer gets the console back (about 10-12 year old kid) he manages to break it. I asume that he doesn't know how to flash DemoN through USB neither did he open the console (Warranty sticker).
Any idea what could cause this? No other customer has had any problems with DemoN.
