I bought an Xbox at wally world and when I did a test boot to make sure it wasn't DOA I saw that Sammy had sold me an Xbox with some games saved on the drive. I got my money back and got a new one from somewhere else but I ordered the x3 with the mfg date from the first. The first was an early 2004 xbox but the one I have now is late 2004. The pinheader for the 1.5 is what they sent me (LPC 6 pin is present) but I notice it is absent on the 1.6 install. I have the 1.6 rebuild PCB and did the 'Check your version" from xbox scene and it indicates I now have a 1.6. Does the X3 come with a stock bios or do I need to send it back and get one speciific for the late 04 model. Would I be okay to pull pin six and follow the 1.6 installation?
