What kind of harddrive? Is it locked? Is it compatible with xbox? Check the compatibility list.... I will give you a link when I find it...

theme transfer to xbox via usb drive?

I got hold of some premium themes, can i transfer it to my xbox via my usb drive of 8gb? I have formatted the memory card through xbox and it has been recognized as a memory unit for the xbox. I just to need put the themes in it.

Yes you can but you need a program called Xtaf GUI to read the flash drive on your computer. It's not as nice as Xplorer360 but It gets the job done.
