Profile problems: Can play only how Guest

Hello. Sorry for the stupid question.

I have a problem - i have xbox 360 Slim 4gb with 250gb hdd, installed freeboot and last dash (14719), dashlaunch 2.31. When i start any game i can play only how guest. If i chose my profile i get message that i need connect to the Live. I try make another (offline) profile on hdd - still the same. I was denied access to Live in the parental control - nothing has changed. Please, tell me where is my mistake?

Have u updated ur dash with ms dash14719 after rgh dash14719 ?
if not do so.

I try - update has been installed, but problem not gone.

i have avatars,but if i try go to profile folders - i get message that i must go to Live...

Clear system cache and any other cache from hdd and memory unit

doesn't help Now stopped working middle button on the remote (i have try another - doesn't work) and sometimes i get error E71 when turn on... The day after tomorrow i will to try reflash nand and write about the result. Thanks for the support!

Build a glitch image with ur cpu key and nand with J-RUNNER and also write it with nandpro not with rawflash..sometimes it helps.
