Program ATtiny with Nand-X

Anyone know if it's possible to program an ATtiny chip using the nand-x?
The chip has the same pinout as the coolrunner:
VCC, GND, SCK, MISO, MOSI, RESET

It would be nice not to have to buy another $30 part just to program it.
