Programing Coolrunner failed

Post a pic of your new shortened cable as you shouldn't need to touch any of them.

Right now I'm getting the impression you don't have the TX LPT cable or CK3 to power the CR. Prove me wrong.

martin i dont cut the cable , i shorted the vcc wire 3v3 to vcc coolrunner for powering it

How did you shorten a cable without cutting it ?

i dont have ck3 . i use j1d2 pin (3v3 ) stright to vcc

So five pages in you NOW tell me that you're using an unsupported configuration.

ok . i must take my friend's camera . i take pic and put that here

FINALY i succed . for who maybe in future or until now have this STRANGE issue , must short the wire of power the coolrunner to program .

The problem is you were using an unsupported configuration. If you choose to use equipment other than what we recommend to program it and you have problems, we cannot help.
