Programmer problem

Hi,

I had my Xbox up and running for over a year now and all of a sudden one day i turn it on and it frags does the turn on 3 times n on on the 3rd time it frags with the blinking lights on the xbox i wsa told to get a programmer to fix it. I got it now and i dont know what to do i have followed every tuturial i acn find and i get the same error its a blinkin blue light and all the programs say chip not detected can neone help me or point me in the right direction on how to flash my bios again thanks!!

what chip do you have?

have you tried booting from the other bank?

You will prolly find its a dry joint on the pinheader or wire install, Bios's don't just fall off the chip mate.

With the progger you need the switch bank connecting what error message do you get in X2BM?
