I'm trying to programme a 2.6ce using a 2.6 programmer. When I run x2bm (v2.3) i get:
"unable to extract io.sys - log in as a user who has such permission"
as it starts.
Reading thru some posts i found information that re-launching the app would install the missing dll, but i'm having no luck.
All lights on the programmer and mod chip are on, as are the leds on the external switch board.
I'm using win xp64. Parallel port is enabled in BIOS, does not have legacy enabled in XP, and is not using interrupts.
Any help greatly appreciated.
