Is there any way to program a cr3 pro without a nand x or jr programmer if not where can I get one?

You DONT program a cr3 pro. If you mean coolrunner, there are other ways that aren't supported here.

You do not program cr3 pro's, they are pre-programmed unless you want to kill it.
