Programming Coolrunner problem

Ok I am trying to program my cool runner, I have installed Port95 and everything and its all good now.
I am programming it for the Trinity Slim, I have flicked the switches to Program(PRG) and SLIM I have checked multiple times to make sure :)

Ok heres the problem I plug it in both red and yellow lights light up on the NAND-X and the green and red lights come on on the Coolrunner.
So I go on my PC and open nandpro 3.0 and yes im in the correct directory and type in "NandPro xsvf: Trinity.xsvf" I have all the files in the Nandpro root folder but when I type I get:

As you can see I have tried it many times and I have tried in all USB ports, seems nothing will work accept the LEDs lol.Could it possibly be because I didnt realise you could program it with it solder on the the board as of right now all wires are soldered I'm not using the QSBs and all soldering is fine I checked each wire thoroughly while soldering each of them.

You need to install drivers? can you tell me where to get the drivers? I just watched a youtube vid on how to program it all he did was put in the NAND-X and the Coolrunner downloaded nandpro3 and the files for different consoles and then typed exactly what I typed and it did it.

Does your pc make the "ding ding" noise when you plug in the NANDx ? And does it show correctly in system settings?

Ok I should have looked at a detailed tut or something because it works perfect now I have installed the drivers :) Thanks. Will update if I have any more problems. Thanks for helping

Can anyone find me a tutorial on dumping the nand and everything on a slim trinity I cant find one :/

OK guys im having another problem now. >:'(

Ok so earlier today I dumped my nand twice, and compared all fine. Wrote the .ECC image and went to boot the console it didnt work the green light just flashed forever.

So I read that repositioning the coiled wire helps so i did so, try many different positions and I started get getting heavy handed with the wire and i accidently ripped the pad off. So I repared that using Kynar wire which worked very well while i took the coolrunner out as soon as i put it back in it just flashed forever and ever.

I then decided to solder in my POST QSB but because I ripped the pad off the bit it solders to I got another 2-3cm peice of Kynar wire and soldered fromthe point under the x-clamp to the point on the QSB. I then soldered all the other wires on as normal and cut down the blue wire to 8cm and I have tryed each point on the QSB.

I dont think its the CPU_RST point because without the repair i did to it the console wouldnt work just red dot but then I fixed it, it worked lovely i soldered the wires back on to the cool runner it no longer works... im getting really annoyed and confused lol.

I will post pics later atm phone is charging but the soldering is fine tbf. Until I upload pics just tell me what you think it might be. Thanks

Well I did, which isn't surprising since I was tugging on it. Maybe if it wasnt soldering on properly the pad wouldn't have been ripped off... And like I said my phone is charging atm just give suggestion on what it may be.
