Programming wire for Coolrunner

I was wondering if with the purchase of the Coolrunner (I ordered from xconsoles) if it came with the Coolrunner to nand-x hookup, to program the coolrunner.

Or is there something else I need to buy ?

i knew this project wasn't gonna be just 20 $ to start off , haha. Its only a 6 dollar cable I just wish it was ready to preorder and could get it shipped out with my coolrunners
