prroblem flashing

everytime i try and flash someling it says on my tv screen illegal size not flashing and on my computer it says The file uploaded was not 262144, 524288 or 1048576 bytes. Refusing to flash. someone help

Its not actually a bios if its not the right size, whats the actual file you are trying to flash?

There is a topic "illegal size.." right under this which discusses it as well.
