PSA: Microsoft says freezing issues associated with latest dash update have been fixe

Earlier today, Xbox Live's official status page noted that some users were reporting issues with their Xbox 360 consoles following the latest system update, claiming the platform would lock up when navigating to the dashboard. Xbox Support said the team would investigate the issue and release a fix soon. It appears that issue has been remedied.

The Xbox Live Status page has been updated, removing a mention of the issue and Microsoft has told Joystiq that, while there was a little issue, it has now been completely fixed. Still having issues? Let us know in the comments below.
