I'm aware this isn't Xbox related, but I can't see anywhere more appropriate.
Just a small request to the Xecuter team. If you guys _are_ in fact able to crack the encryption in the PSP firmware for the 1.5x, or indeed the upcoming 1.6x series - please don't release it until after the Euro launch, otherwise Sony will just do what they did with every other update and fix published security flaws in a new firmware, and the rest of the world that gets their PSPs after September 1 still won't be able to use homebrew apps (which is the only reason I want one of the things - I'd import one but I don't want to risk not being able to return it overseas if there's problems with it). They'll obviously catch up with anything that might be released at this time, so mid-September it'll be broken again, but hopefully that'll be time enough for everyone to have their hands on a portable MAME emulator etc.
Of course... if you come up with an actual modchip, then that's a different story.. ;-)
