I do not know if this is a known bug but I just cleanly setup emunand from OFW 6.2 to files in sd card and the console just displays a purple screen. Formated to FAT32 and tested that is working on OFW.
If I create a hidden partition emunand into the same SD card the console loads the CFW with no issues.
I preffer the files system because it is easier to backup but I will stick with the partition system as the other one doesn't work on my console.
I found the way to backup and restore the emunand with DD using a virtual machine with linux, although is not as handy as the files, it is better than not having any backup at all.
