ANSWERED QSB's and KV checking

Hey guys, just a quick question. I have an old Xenon board, and I installed the QSB's to them, all is good. I realize that the jtag QSB's have a switch, and you can even switch it right off..

My question is, say I wanted to check if a keyvault was banned or not. Could I flash an origional NAND image with the KV I wanted to test, and with the Jtag switched OFF, can I check to see if I can connect to live or not? I know it will connect if unbanned, I am just worried about the KV getting banned, as the JTAG connections are still there, just switched off....

Yes you can turn the JTAG switch off as long you are booting into an original dash with whatever KV you got imported into it. As per logic, you'd only need to have the JTAG switch on in 3 occasions (booting xell, freeboot or XBR).
