when do i solder the 68nF 50V Ceramic Capacitor when installing coolrunner to a 512 bb jasper

Have you got a cool runner rev b? If so, all you need to do is bridge the 'cap' points with solder.

You should add it either way before wiring it up inside xbox.

You only need to add the cap if you are having slow boot times, try without first

You put it on when ever you want to! GND and Point A just solder them to the cool runner, out of the 6 phats (big-blocks) I've done its made the boot time to 5 seconds. instead of 1min 20secs. I say go for it.
