ANSWERED Question about dual-boot DemoN on Phats

I have an Opus with CB 5771. It's my understanding that Dashboard updates can increase the CB to a higher version on Phat models, but Slim models are immune to having their CB_B updated. If this is the case, it would seem there's not much point in having a dual boot NAND on Phat models, because Microsoft will probably update the CB to a higher version in a future Dashboard update. Is this correct, or will it be possible for a dual boot NAND to flash back and forth between a lower and higher CB version?
