question about emunand sd

hello i would like to ask you a question.Just before you ask it sorry for my english.My question is if i use emunand on sd card and i do not touch my original nand.if i come back later on the original nand are there risks of being banned by nintendo? still sorry for my english.

That is one of the purposes for running emunand, though I don't believe it is 100% guaranteed. Anytime you mod there is always a risk.
