GENERAL Question About Flashing different drives

Hey guys i have succesfully flashed a LiteOn DG-16D2S with LT+ V2.0 and was thinking if its the same way to flash other stock drives as in BenQ, Sammy Ect... or they require different methods? Btw i followed this guy by Ubergeek http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69805

Will flashing others be the same steps but just different FW versions? whats different about flashing them.

The Samsung, BenQ and Lite-On drives are more or less the same in terms of flashing as they all rely on MTK commands but the Hitachi drives are flashed on a sector-by-sector basis and they need to be "identified" in Windows (Mode B) before you can read or flash.

Probing MPX01 is only required on Lite-On drives.

You can use the Probe 3 on BenQ and Samsung drives to "bad-flash recover" them but it isn't needed to pull drive keys from them because you can easily get a full firmware dump.

Lol no im just refreshing every other song since im listening to music xD and Mhmm i couldnt find one of Ubergeeks Tuts on Hitachi, would you happen to have it by any chance?
