We're not your Mom or Dad - our job here is to help you with your product, which is working fine.

So what's the problem exactly? What else can WE do to help you when you can't even write a NAND back correctly?

im not trying to bash you in any way here man,but your soldering is to blame here. i have been through over 60 coolrunners now and never had any issues.

I've got to agree with the general sentiment. You're soldering doesn't look good, looks like bridged points on the back. And its two different consoles, if it was just 1 then it would be possible to potentially attribute to a tricky setup or defunct chip, but the fact that its two consoles, makes it more likely to be user error.

the 3.3v line on the Falcon makes a great example, this is one of the easiest points and it looks like you're having problems with that.

Why people are still doing the point next to the HANA chip (IMHO toughest point) is beyond me, when there is a much easier point on the back of the console. The coolrunner comes with phat and slim cables, the blue cable in the slim pack is more than sufficent to reach the alternative stdby_clk on the back (twice)

OP - in case you read this:

Always work backwards if something stops working. It's basic troubleshooting.

So, stock NAND flashed and no boot. Remove CR wiring (so it's back in the same state) and try again. etc. If it works, start moving forward again.

oh and make sure you didn't knock the switch from phat to slim!

Just for the op in case you come back.

We all know how frustrating and difficult it is at times. The helpers here wont always reply as you want or straight away. We can't expect them to be all in a good mood or able or willing to help 24/7. Thankfully there are a lot of people who will help.

It's you that needs help so be grateful when you get it and gracious when you ask for it.

As far as Martin C goes he's one of the more forgiving here and although he may be short now and then if you read the forums regularly you'll see he's trying to help a lot of people at all times of day so just answer his questions and follow his methods and you'll get good help and advice. If not he'll do the right thing and help the other 50 people that are on his case at any time.
