Question about re-flashing after latest update

So I returned my lite-on to stock fw today and applied the update with little or no problem. Now, to reflash it do I need to open the drive and probe and extract the key etc. again, or is there a method for reflashing without doing that. I have re-read the jf tutorial numerous times and looked for threads here but I just don't see where this is discussed. (not to say it isn't there/here i just don't see it). Does the key change after a update? I'm using a usbpro v.2

Yes, this is a n00b question but it's my first post-update flash experience, so be nice.

if ur talking about a phat liteon. if u have the files backed no need to re probe. just hook up drive to pc and flash.
for slim drive is always best to remove ribbon b4 flashing.

Thanks for the quick response. Yes. Phat 162ds (or whatever) So, I'm just following all of the steps after the probe process.

u will just have to click on erase then flash drive and outro out. and ur good.

Ahhh! Silly me. Thank you. I must have read this a thousand times when first learning the flashing thing. Don't know why I didn't make the connection.
