Hello guys, I really don't play my xbox 360 anymore since i just play pc games and just into mainly dota 2.
But i get bored of it sometimes and i really want to play some single player games on my xbox 360 so i don't need live, My xbox 360 info is

Dashboard = 2.0.16517.0
Made = May 2007
DVD = BenQ VAD-6038

This is from what i know.
Since this is very high dashboard, it seems i won't be able to jtag my xbox, so i have to use rgh instead. thing is i don't know which one to get, actually i really don't know what rgh is or what it does. i am searching on ebay for the chip so i can just install right away but i don't know which one to get or which will work on my system.

I was wondering if this one will work

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-CoolRunn...item5afe12101c

(i don't know if posting links are illegal on this forums, my bad if they are.)

I don't need any expensive modchips that will let me go online or anything like that, just want to play some rpg "back up" games offline.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks for reading :D

Nowhere
that chip could be a clone,id be very carefull on ebay,but yes a rev c will work for rgh2,but boot times can be erratic on rgh2,but if u can stand boot ups from 30 sec to 1 minute go for rev c,if not,and you need instant boots,go for rjtag chip.

So if i bought this and in stalled it right away, would i be ready to go?
or would i have to buy additional items such as other chips or wires.
i have a soldering kit ready so i am prepared to solder.
I really don't mind boot times.
are the boot times meaning like when the system turns on? or when running a game and such?
Thank you for helping sir :D

Boot times as in how long it takes the system to boot, I would find the r-jtag personally, as it boots faster. I had my jasper on rgh2, before r-jtag came out, and would have to wait anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes before it got to the dashboard(especially after I installed the demon and couldnt use the falcon timing file any more.) You will need a nand reader/writer also, and a way to program the coolrunner if you go that route.(JR-P, Nand-X, or demon will suit this purpose.)

So that means i would have to buy 2 additional things to go with the CoolRunner Rev C XC2C64A right?
i need to buy a nand reader and a nand x right?
Thanks for all the info you gave me, its saves me a lot of time because its really hard to search them on the net for some reason, like i can't even search for the nand reader or nand x because they lead me to other things jtag related x_x
my last request is if you could link me the other required chips, because i cant search them on ebay. :(
thank you very much sir!
