Question about ripped pads...

Hi everyone, I'm new here.

About a year and a half to two years ago I was working to R-JTAG an Xbox 360, however it didn't go incredibly well, due to inadequate soldering knowledge and using the wrong equipment. Thankfully I stopped my attempt before I potentially killed the unit, and decided to take a step back and wait until I could afford the proper tools.

Here's what I wanted to ask, when soldering in the one of the QSBs to the back of the board, I used a one-temp soldering iron that got way too hot and unfortunately burnt some of the pads labeled FT6Ux. I know about soldering directly to the traces, however I wanted to know, is there a way to repair the pads itself, or are they done for? Also, will those pads being damaged affect my Xbox 360 in any negative way?

Here's a pic of the damaged pads.

Thanks for any advice/information, it's appreciated.

Link doesnt work. But from your description I dont think you can repair without soldering to traces.
Buy good equipment and practice soldering on some bad mothearboards first.

Thanks for the feedback, but will those damaged pads affect my console in any negative way?

Thanks for letting me know guys, I appreciate it. Can the same be said for other pads that normally get soldered to?

I think the only others that didn't go too well with me were points DB1F1 and possibly alternates, but as long the 360 powers on, it should be fine?

Luckily mine powers on, I think it was just pads itself that may have gotten damaged.

Thanks very much for your help. :)
