Question about sata cable

Hi, i was wondering if i can connect my 360 to my pc using the sata cable that is in the 360? If i cant, were can i buy a sata cable?

Yes, you can use it if you want to try and get it that close.

You can buy sata cables at most computer/electronic retailers.

I got one at bestbuy for 20 bucks(probably overpriced) but worked just fine. It was i think a 2-foot SATA cable ot 18 inches i cant remember.
