Well I have what may seem to be a stupid question, but it is one thing that I need to know. I have an X-B.I.T mod chip and I would like to flash the X3 bios over and I was wondering if that is even possible, and if it would work, or if the x3 bios only works with the new x3 chips. Thank you in advance for your help.

i think you misunderstood junkman.

by backup bios he means a bios(flashed on the chip) that you can fallback on if your stunt flash fail.

DVD drive question

Hi everyone. I have a question about bumper pads on the DVD drive.

Last night, I disassembled the DVD drive and I moved the top bumper on my Lite-On drive near slightly in-between the circular cylinder and metal bump that used to come in contact with the disc. It has made the drive much quieter with a slight buzzing noise, but do you think I put more workload on the drive motor?
