Well tbh with the scene how it is. EVERYONE KNOWS there is always a chance of getting BANNED. You get flagged and BANNED then its out for a while and then get another box and then back on again.

If you get flagged then banned then its a shame but if you avoid the ban wave whenever it may be then GREAT But you will get banned sooner or later.

SIMPLES :)

As for the real question when will the ban hammer hit. NOBODY KNOWS IT WILL HAPPEN WHEN IT HAPPENS. :)

You're not banned cause you have a hitachi. Many of them do not support ap2.5 checks therefore they do not do it.

Also if microsoft knew what they are doing c4e and team jungle would be out of a job because there console would be as unhackable as the ps3, fact of the matter is microsoft struggle against modders because their console is full of flaws which we've all taken advantage of, to the point now where we have LT+ which is pretty much stock firmware upgraded for backup play and is beyond detection at this point. If this were sony the second the Firmware was out it wouldve been patched and we'd at square one again.

Microsoft dont have a clue.

Well said and I believe the saying is ignorance is tolerance. M$ is too lazy to rally care, like trying to swat flies, useless. Plus I believe we all prefer it this way, just these yearly updates are scary enough! HA!

i think it all boils down to m$ loving the fact they can push a button which will ban millions of consoles and get their cashflow rocketing at their whim when we all rush out to get another one.
