GENERAL Question for TX staff

Hi all, I'm hoping that a member of TX staff will be able to help me with a problem with one of your resellers.

I won't name them at the moment, but I placed an order with them in January which they claim got lost in the post, 3 months later they still have not sent replacement items or given me a refund. Since they are one of your listed reselllers I'm hoping that you can put pressure on them to resolve this issue quickly. I can't initiate a chargeback because I stupidly paid by bank transfer.

Oops, 3 months ? I've been waiting for my pack to arrive for almost 2 years... sure it never will. :)
