Has this 'technician' been able to dump the NAND? Can you upload it somewhere?

Ask him for a copy of your nand and run it in Xnand Healer latest ver.
If the bad blocks are not in first 50 you should be safe.
and the KV info won't be available until he flashes ECC and get the cpu key
