LITEON 0225 Question regarding the TX Liteon DG-16D4S Unlocked PCB

Hey,

First of all i wanna say thanks for this community met here such a great ppl ! im glad to be on board....

Any way here are my questions regarding the TX PCB :

1. in the future - can i do normal dash updates while still using the replacement PCB ? of course i'll do the following :
(a) flash to OFW
(b) update dash
(c) flash to (new) CFW
Will it work with the replacement PCB ? or do i have to reconnect my original PCB before each dash update ?

2. would i be able to connect it to JF without USBPRO ? can i connect it via my onboard sata/esata ?
i have intel chipset motherboard, actually its : GIGABYTE X58A-UD3R (with i7 cpu)

2. no, dont think so. slims are not compatible and why waste time and energy, usbpro works flawlessly
