I currently have the following componets.

Xbox Version 1.1
Xecuter 3 CE
X3 Executer CP
Bios 3108

When I load the bios off of the 1st MB ( switches set as Flash Protect off. Switches 1 & 2 on and 3 & 4 off) I have tried to change the date and time in the settings and everytime I do so the system locks it self. Is this a common problem, or do my bank selection have something to do with it?

Also I have heard refrence to hold the white button to access the live menu, but with the 3108 Bios it is listed in the main menu. Is there a benift in access the Live menu thru the white button?

Its nothing to do with switch settings...they only select which bios bank to boot from.
I'm guessing, as i have not seen this problem, but maybe try a different skin or use the default settings on the x3..then try setting the clock.

As far as the white button thing goes..its simply a way of getting back to the CFL screen once u set Autostart X3 CFL to disabled.
Obviously once u have the x3 configured u disable the Autostart to allow the xbox to boot staright thru to a dashboard..
if u need to get back to CFL settings then u use the white button
