I am wondering, and i have looked, but i cant make heads or tails of it, so in laymans turms...

Are there any programs or such, that can be put on a USB stick or MEM stick, and inserted into the 360?

Or are there any ways to flash without opening a pc and a 360 up.

no other way but to open the 360. MOD EDIT - READ THE RULES REGARDING WARRANTY STICKERS
