i just made a copy of gears of war 3 with the new 0800 firmware and i was wondering if i burned the game to a dual layer disc if it will still be safe for xbox live? sorry for the noob question

only way to burn is to a dual layer disc.
but just to be sure you should run it trough abgx, but i don't think it is updated yet, so if you ripped it without errors you should be good.

its as safe as c4eva has made all his firmwares..never 100% totally safe.... only original game and unmodified is 100%
