questions about where to get a modded xbox 360

i want to know where the best place to buy a modded 360. also if its possible to put in a bigger hard drive. and if the newest firmware actually will protect u from getting banned from xbox live because some people say that u cant get caught with this new stuff

First theres no way to get a bigger hd than than a 20 gb and a 120 gb. Second there is absolutely NO guarante that you wont get banned with ANY firmware available as for now... and for a while i think, LAST and foremost, WRONG FORUM !
