I have just updated to the new dash... Is there any reason why I would have to re-burn my old backups? Has AP2.5 been changed in anyway or something?

Sorry for the noob question,

Many thanks.

could always run your backup disc through ABGX , it will tell you if they are ok or not

PCB replacements are only needed if u have a slim or have a fried PCB, if I'm right you have a78540 liteon so you wouldn't need it, just flash as normal using the updated drive rev which in your case should be a 2510c.. hope this helps.

ABGX will still say if the AP2.5 data is currently verified even on a burnt disc ...old or not ... if not it will be red
I don't have any old backups of the AP25 games but I'm sure when you run it through ABGX it wants to update the .ini file which tells you there is a later/newer stealth file/patch for that game

I'm not 100% certain about that so if someone in the know wants to verify it would be appreciated

TIP

As a rule of thumb 'If you update your dashboard then you should update your AP25 backups'
