does anyone know what the cpu reset is suppose to read (ohms,volts,amps?)

I wrote the dgx ecc to the console and then booted it for xell but the dgx led stays red with no blinking.
So i took a multimeter to all the connections on the dgx and only the cpu reset had zero
So if it is suppose to have a reading then i'm thinking that the connection has to be resoldered on the motherboard.
But before i resolder i just want to verify

I couldn't tell you what reading CPU_RST should have.

ok i figured it out
i had to resold it to the pad on the dgx
