Quick question regarding PHAT QSB (j2b1 - the long one)

(Does this point need to be connected to R1 on the QSB, cause i think i overheted this part and i see
some burn between them, need to check for conectivity)

There is a soldering point at the long end, Below r4b26
do bot of the small points underneath need to be soldered
