Quick question sorry for the repost Updating Games with NSP Files

Quick question. I have a switch that has never been online and was shipped to me with 1.0 firmware. I updated to 6.1 with chiro. I have several games in XCI format and have updates with them. The updates are all NSP format obviously. I cant connect to eshop to update because im no on 6.2 and i dont want to install .NSP files that i haven't gotten from eshop legit cause i hear that is the quickest way to get banned. Im wondering if that is true for updates as well? For example Youtube I want to install youtube but im afraid that if i install it through sx pro that it will be easier for a future ban if i ever accidentally go online with legit games in OFW.

You can only get banned if your machine is picked up by Nintendo servers so NEVER EVER play online games in CFW.

So if i install a .nsp file that isnt online at all. Then boot into OFW to play fornite online I will be ok? I know there is always a risk but i want to mitigate the possibilities
