"u will get flagged and eventaully banned" this is what you told this guy... Who Cares if MS knows you booted without a Drive .. It Means Nothing.. MS Can Not Ban your console until they are 100% Sure you have a Modded Drive... That's 100%... MS knows everything you do with your Console read the Terms and agreements,
evntually get banned. m$ can ban u for whatever reason they want they dont have to know anthing. im not going to fight with u. u get flagged for it and m$ can ban u for it.
OK Guys - Lets calm this down!
Powering the xbox without a DVD connected produces an error (flashing light in center of ROL)
This error is counted (yes that's right - every time it see's it - it adds one to the counter)
SO - if you take half a dozen attempts at cycling power or half tray setting or what ever - that's 6 counts you have stacked up.
No-one has EVER said you will get banned from this error alone - however sometime ago instead of just producing the error - M$ started counting it
So i ask you WHY? they don't add specific code like that for no reason - make up your own minds!
Just don't argue about it!
